OUE Commercial Reit: OUE C-REITs’ DPU drops to 34.2 per cent for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2018. DPU decreased to 0.75 cent from 1.14 cent. Earlier in the rights units issue was done to finance the purchase of the office component of OUE Downtown.
IPC Corporation: IPC recorded a net profit of S25 million for the full year ended Dec 31, 2018, reversing from a loss of $4.8 million a year ago. The reversal was driven by fair value gains, mainly the group’s preference shares investment in Nest Hotel Japan Corporation (NHJC). NHJC is in the business of hotel management, operations and investment, and manages 12 hotels in Japan.
Frasers Hospitality Trust: Trust posted a 4.3 per cent decrease in distribution per stapled security (DPS) to 1.2542 cents for the first quarter ended Dec 31, 2018, from 1.3107 cents a year ago.

Traders react positive after US Fed policy statement stocks move higher over the day. The major averages pulled back off their highs of the session in the final hour of trading but remained firmly positive.
The Dow surged up 434.90 points or 1.8 percent to 25,014.86, the Nasdaq soared 154.79 points or 2.2 percent to 7,183.08 and the S&P 500 jumped 41.05 points or 1.6 percent to 2,681.05.
The Fed chairperson said to maintain the target range for the federal funds rate at 2.25 to 2.50 percent. In statement the central bank also removed a sentence describing the risks to the economic outlook as “roughly balanced.”
Gold Price: Gold continues its rising uptrend and made high $1323. Earlier before US market opening Gold came lower around $1309 level. Now gold approaching over bought zone but trend still remains up.
