MMP Resources: MMP Resources has engaged a banking institution in Singapore as the firm’s financing and capital markets adviser. The adviser will provide assistance on certain transaction.
First Ship Lease Trust (FSL Trust): Trust is selling a tanker and will take an impairment charge on the vessel, the 14-year-old FSL Hamburg, a 47,496 deadweight tonnage tanker, this deal is expected to be completed by the end of March this year.
Frasers Centrepoint Trust: Chew Tuan Chiong, chief executive of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, will be retiring from position. He plans to retire from his roles as CEO and executive director.

The Dow up 336.25 points or 1.4 percent to 24,706.35, the Nasdaq jumped 72.76 points or 1 percent to 7,157.23 and the S&P 500 surged up 34.75 points or 1.3 percent to 2,670.71.
Oil sector stocks moved higher over the course of the trading session, raising Philadelphia Oil Service Index up by 3.8 percent. Other positive sector included transportation, computer hardware manufacturer.
Gold Price: Gold fall on Friday from level of $1288 to $1280, today in early trade it is trading in range of $1280-$1284
