Singapore Stocks: Singapore shares opened lower on Tuesday morning (Nov 20), with the Straits Times Index down 32.99 focuses, or 1.08 percent, to 3,032.08, after Wall Street stocks sank on Monday.
At 9.04am, failures dwarfed gainers by 97 to 24, with about 39.2 million offers worth $71.7 million evolving hands.
Among the most active stocks by volume was Metro, which increased seven pennies, or 6.5 percent, to $1.15, with about 8.18 million offers.

CapitaLand: CapitaLand’s hotel unit Ascott Ltd. has entered a tie-up with Indonesian property engineer Ciputra Development Group, with Ascott set to oversee adjusted living arrangements created by Ciputra in Indonesia and China throughout the following five years.
